I got help in using the rapid COVID test @ the front desk. My experience with the head nurse on the 4th floor was very positive Caring and helpful we developed a good rapport. The staff work hard dealing with patients. I hope to visit again and continue reporting on my experience.

Good protocols for visitors. Limited amount of people in the visiting room. Plenty of hand sanitizer available. Very nice staff.

Today was the first time in more than a year that I was able to hug my mother. Though this has been a difficult time, I always felt confident that my mother was receiving good care . Rockville is filled with caring and competent health care workers. The administration works hard to keep families informed.

My Mom was there for rehab last month and the staff was great with her. They were helpful with setting up an Alexa machine so we could communicate with her. They called every few days with updates. Nancy, Debbie, Kristi,Wendy were all great night staff needs more help they dont answer phones often if you are trying to get them. But they all tried very hard during the covid Thank you for your help with my mom
