Please believe the negative reviews. This place was overcrowded, understaffed, and dangerously disorganized. There were some members of the staff who understood how bad it was and trying to make it better, but they were obviously overworked and exhausted. Other members of the staff were extremely rude, ignored all of our concerns, and acted like they had much better things to do than help us. The worst psychiatric experience I have had.

I'm not sure why the nurses, doctors, social workers and other staff act like they're so busy.. i mean, while I was there I saw multiple reasons why they could have had things under control with adequate communication and organization. I came out with extreme anxiety and ended up going back to my problem. I wasn't taught much because of the chaos.

My daughter had some time at Rogers. I found the staff to be generally nice and well-meaning, but overall incompetent to an alarming degree. Basic issues like a realistic diagnosis are hard to come by; I don't know if they are just overwhelmed or what. Also it says a lot that the responses to anything negative on this site are obviously automated and cardboard. Honestly, I don't know why this place is so prominent in the Milwaukee area. If you care about your child, stay away until they make some huge changes.

I was admitted into IOP for about 2 months, and I had a really great experience. I was originally really hesitant to contact rogers because of all the terrible reviews, but I'm really, really glad I did. I can't speak for the inpatient care, but my teleheath sessions were so, so helpful. My therapist, psychiatrist, and PA were all fantastic, and I wouldn't be where I am without their help!! I would recommend IOP to anyone who is considering it, it changed my life :)
