Roots is a very well thought out and ran program. They have courses that help with every aspect of healing from one on one therapy sessions, group sessions, and learning from topics such as spirituality, meditation, music, and even yoga. All of this coupled with great staff like Colt really helped my recovery and my continued sobriety. Colt went above and beyond to help me reach my goals and pushed me to be a better human being.
