Rosecrance Crystal Lake provides evidence-based outpatient mental health (IOP) and substance abuse treatment in an environment that fosters lasting recovery. Our programs are family-centered and focus on helping clients and their loved ones develop the tools needed to rebuild their lives and reclaim what has been lost. Services offered include adult and adolescent substance abuse IOP/intensive outpatient and individual treatment, adult substance abuse medication-assisted treatment, case management services and more. (Drug screens are offered at an additional cost.)

I went here years ago but this place is run by little kids who care nothing for your mental health problems. I don't think they even believe mental illness is a real thing. You aren't allowed to say how you feel in the iop group and if you say what they want to hear, I was told I was "just bsing it" . They invalidate everything you have to say. There is no "treatment" in this. They call it IOP lol.

The therapists and psychiatrist is great here but I’m not sure how the front desk lady still has her job. She is very rude and not welcoming at all. I heard her several times being rude and yelling at people on the phone. Tell me why you have a receptionist like that at a facility where people need help? Someone needs to seriously talk to her. I’ve been in several times and it’s the same thing. She needs more empathy for this job or please find someone else that can handle people with issues

Absolutely unprofessional! Takes a week to answer a email and then I had to drive 40 mins to pickup paperwork to be told everyone left hours ago by the cleaning crew. I was informed they would be there until 8pm for me to come pick up the paperwork. I was informed to try the building around back. There was employees sitting there, and they stared at me and laughed. After I left I was called 10 mins later, and was told sorry I didn’t recognize your number so I didn’t answer. If you had the same number calling over, and over after setting this up earlier that day why would you not answer? I got no apology, just was asked do I want to come back the next day? I told her what had happened and all Jasmine had said was “okay”. When I told her just cancel my appointment due to the unprofessionalism that I’ve been shown she again just said okay. Top class I doubt it with how you treat patients, and handle unprofessional situations

Horrible place. They do not know how to evaluate a person to help get the person the help in what they really need help with. They over charge on top of it. I actually found a better place to help my kid which is way better then Rosecrance. I WOULD NEVER recommend any Rosecrance locations to anyone.
