I know long term residents who have spoken well of the staff. My personal experience is they do their utmost to address the medical, social, and spiritual needs of the resident. Also they have communicated well with me and family about any problems of my family member and to address our concerns. They should be complimented because of the safety protocol they have in place to protect their residents because of the pandemic and visitors. The facility is really top notch because of the recent renovation.

I wish i could give a -1 star. My relative is at Rosewood. I'm being told by other relatives that visit him regularly that if "he has too many clothes, i.e socks, undergarments that they will take them from him and give them to other residents! 😠 how is this possible?!? Even after they bring it to the management to complain they only say, "oh, we will look for them" and nothing ever happens. This happened on more than one occasion. They take the residents whole SS income check and any other money that is given, Rosewood takes it. This is highway robbery. This is a scam and I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares for their loved ones. It's a poorly run facility that takes advantage of the disadvantaged. I wouldn't even let them keep a dog there.

Management is not the best. I feel sorry for the residents that can't help themselves. They will mislead the resident's family and lie about what they are doing. They will tell you everything is fine, but they are not. Some residents can't speak for themselves and the staff will tell the family what they want to hear and then retaliate when the truth comes out

I have been to several nursing facilities through resident visits (pre-Covid) and in my job as a funeral director. Rosewood is one of the nicest nursing homes in this area, especially since the updates after the storms. Some nursing homes smell, however it is ALWAYS a pleasant smell when you enter either the front or back doors. The staff is always nice and helpful. Moreover I can tell the staff is loving, as I have seen during times when I do a "removal". Ofttimes the staff is crying and disappointed as much as the family and they have great stories to share about the resident. I normally do not do reviews, however I was led to do so due to the great staff especially with all the challenges of 2020.Thank you for all you do!

Rosewood has been around for a while, extremely professional staff who share the same passion for caring of loved ones. Always has a nice, fresh and clean smell! Everyone smiles and have welcoming attitudes! Definitely will recommend this place to whomever is in need! Continue the great work!!
