It is amazing what she is able to offer at her new facility for a holistic approach to animal medicine: aqua therapy, water treadmill, laser treatment for pain, and acupuncture! J R5 StarCame here for an emergency copperhead snake bite after our primary vet told us they close in 2 hours (6 pm) and there was nothing they could do. The animal hospital didn’t open till 6 pm and I didn’t want to wait two hours to get her help. Ross Animal Hospital took our puppy right back and started the treatment. Even though they close at 6 pm (same as our primary vet), they told us they are going to stay with our puppy till she is able to go home. They updated us the whole time and took very very good care of her. All of the staff was super nice and helpful. I am so thankful we decided to come here and so thankful for such a loving and caring staff here.Friday 17th September 2021
