After receiving referrals from two clinical leaders of a well-known South Shore geriatric psych facility, I toured and decided to place my elderly aunt here. The care and kindness of the staff was exceptional. I popped in at all hours of the day and night and found my aunt to well cared for each time. Whenever there was an issue - and what facility doesn’t have them - my calls were returned and the problem addressed promptly. Please don’t be swayed by the less than beautiful decor - the staff here is professional, experienced, and truly kind.Friday 21st January 2022

We are very appreciative of their holistic approach in helping us transition back home with the care they provided and assistance in setting up VNA services at home afterwards as well. Aly1 StarMy grandmother was placed in this facility early February because the in home nurse suggested it, due to the fact my grandmother kept standing up and falling refusing our help. She was in this facility about 2 weeks before I got the call that she had fallen and broken many bones. Next day she was fell again and was transported to SSH and later than night passed away. She was put in this facility to have safe monitoring 24/7!! WHY did these people not watch her when she is on fall watch?! My grandma passed away because these people couldn't do their jobs. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERESunday 1st August 2021
Cheryl Lafford5 StarI came to Royal Norwell by way of my hospital case manager. The facility, rehab and clinical team are excellent. I would definitely recommend a rehab stay here to my family or friends, as long as I have a bed!Friday 15th January 2021
