Marcel Smith1 StarThis program was said to have been designed to help young men, but I think it’s designed to get the money and put them out for any thing. I noticed that some students were not reprimanded for things and if others did it they were put on strict punishment. Some of the instructors seemed genuinely caring but some were not so caring. When I visited the facility there were on 3 black men.. eventually there were none. They were all sent away. Is this a place for all races or those that look like the owners. I’m all for helping people start over.. but be fair. Treat all races the same.Monday 4th November 2019
