Everyone I have worked with, at this facility, have been helpful and friendly. I'm always greeted with a smile and any concerns or questions have always been addressed. The text message updates have been very helpful and informative.

My grandma fell and needed rehab placement we picked Rutland Healthcare because the staff was so welcoming and friendly and the center had a very home like feel, my grandma received excellent care there and was back home in no time I highly recommend them.

My mom was the first family member to have to go to a rehab facility after a surgery. If it wasn't for their caring therapy staff at Rutland Health and Rehab, mom would not have had her other knee replaced. Mom was a trooper and pushed throughout her stay. In past she went home after a procedure and did not exercise as told and I can say her going home was a failure as she was never able to bend at the knee. RH&R is the only facility that I will entrust my family to.

Currently I am writing with my second family member as a resident of rutland health and rehabilitation ctr. Previously my father was a resident and now my mother in law. The nursing care both of my family members receive(d) has been outstanding, the staff is professional, knowledgeable and seemingly tireless. They are always available to answer any questions I have and I always feel heard. The support staff is also extremely dedicated to the residents and their families… they go Out of their way to offer a wide range of services, make meetings available when we are able to be there, help with contacting community resources and provide us with the benefit of their extensive knowledge of ways to deal with issues as they arise no matter how challenging. Overall, the best way to sum it up is that everyone wants their elderly loved one to be in the safest, healthiest, happiest environment at this stage in their lives. We’d all wish for that to be at home, but it can’t always be that way. At rutland healthcare and rehabilitation you and your loved one will be able to feel secure and enjoy this time of life surrounded by care , love and dignity.
