If zero was an option!! This place is ridiculous and the most disgusting place we've been. The patients sit in the bed all day and are ignored as if they were in a third world orphanage. No matter how many times I call a day to get my father help, they would say the same thing. They keep telling me they will send someone and no one ever goes to help him. There is something almost daily. It is borderline elder abuse. The younger patients can help themselves for the most part but the elderly are neglected. He has been left in unsafe positions and repeatedly ignored. The techs lie straight to your face and think they can manipulate the elderly into agreeing with them. Even when confronted with evidence they stick to their lies. Lazy isn't a good enough word to describe. Good luck getting them off their cell phones to get help. Even when I'm here, it takes forever for them to answer the call button. How is this place funded??!! When he was here in May 2020, it was totally different. It was super helpful getting him stronger. The therapists are still great just not the room help. Lillian, Esther, and Maria were truly the only people I could trust that cared for him.

My brother was a patient in this horrible facility from late November until January before being transferred to a skilled nursing facility. I would not put a dog in this place. A CNA would complain and belittle my brother in front of him and us. She did it on two separate days! They also lie about their PT. My brother had suffered a major brain bleed stroke and he was completely dependent on them for his care. His care was neglected! If you want to see your loved one...good luck on even finding a parking space! They let visitors in knowing Covid was in the building, according to two patients who were outside smoking. They did close it up to visitors but not after letting people visit without them being informed of the presence of Covid in the facility, one of them was me...my brother was diagnosed with Covid later that day. They promised to give my brother's wife and daughter updates on his condition/progress and did not, not from facility personnel or doctors. They were kept in the dark. No phone calls from them when they were on lockdown and no phone calls from providers, either. If you want to throw someone away, this is the place to do it!

OPEN AN INVESTIGATION! If you can find your love ones or patients a different facility with real reviews please do. From a patient in September 2021. My bed is broken and dr don’t seem to care, nurses and techs can’t do anything. I have to set my own turn alarm schedule or I would be turned one day HOURS over my turn time. I was never giving a wedge, which resulted in some terrible pillow foldings. Clearly admins/owners are pocketing the money because nothing is clean or has been up dated in decades, nurses lack the supplies they need, the supplies they do have is cheaper than cheap, and a majority of the staff don’t even like working here. Very few staff members take the advice you have about your health and care. To the ones that do, thank you or I would have cried myself to sleep every night. OPEN AN INVESTIGATION!

I call this place to check on my sister they placed me on hold and then hung up this is ridiculous. I need to speak with someone over this facility.
