This place isn’t even open anymore. All the numbers listed are out of service and I’m surprised this information isn’t available on google.

I'll give them one star for the aesthetics--great for a spa--but if you want actual therapy or continuity of care, DO NOT count on getting it here. Sagebrush can't retain any professional staff, so you are basically explaining your back story every week to a new person instead of having one dedicated therapist. They also hire unlicensed therapists (probably to save on the cost of salaries) and expect them to be able to handle clients with significant substance abuse and mental health issues. Also, they made claims with my insurance for THOUSANDS of dollars for TWO urine drug tests. Hopefully this information saves someone from Sagebrush, because experience leads me to believe they are in it for the money, not to provide help to people who need it most.

I drank everyday for 17 years following my return from service overseas. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs as well as the others I met in residential treatment. They definitely were able to reach the root of my alcohol addiction and help put forth a plan for my continued success. I am almost 3 months sober and truly haven't felt better in my life. I believe God put these people in my path to help guide me. Thank you Sagebrush staff. If you do happen to go there, there is a program assistant that is ok at ping pong. Tell him you heard Bobby is the Sagebrush champion!

Been here 12 days and their other house has had a COVID outbreak and now they're all closing due to financial insolvency. Wird from staff is that 'owner'/CEO figure has been embezzling money. Awesome. Staff WAS amazing though at least

A cousin of mine sought treatment at Sagebrush and came out as a completely different person. She has been sober for two years! It has been great seeing her evolve into the person I knew she could be and make something of herself, all she needed was a push in the right direction. This wouldn't have been possible without the help of Sagebrush's wonderful staff and resources. I highly recommend this place!
