They provided great care to my grandmother while she was there for rehab. Services offered like Pastoral Care and lots of hands on help can't be found at other nursing homes.

DO NOT SEND ANY ONE OF YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My grandmother has been there for a couple of months, due to lack of beds in other places. The staff here are 95% of the time, disorganized and apathetic. During winter they would walk into my grandmother's room and turn off her heat because staff were hot. Staff have no systems for tracking and maintaining patient care schedules. My grandmother and other roommates she has had, and other I hear in the hallway, are often left unchanged for extended periods of time, un-bathed for too long, brought meals at inopportune times, and patients are often left in chairs for too long when they are slumped, uncomfortable, etc...rather than being put back in bed. I have seen staff often hanging out in the tv room in the corner talking "acting as if they are supervising patients.". The newest management has been there for almost a year, and I have seen no evidence of systems in place, progressive discipline being enacted, or training that would help the staff to do their jobs better. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES THERE
