Jill Geers1 StarSeveral family members have spent time here and no one has has a good experience, but my brother’s experience has been horrifying. I wouldn’t let my dog stay a night here. Grossly understaffed and underfunded like the rest of the State of Hellinois. My brother is covered in bruises as though he’s been beaten repeatedly. He falls constantly, no one there to assist. Falls out of the bed, no side rails to protect his fall. Most of his clothes have gone missing. He is limited to purée food despite constant requests to have swallow tests done. We have to bring him food daily because he’s starving. This place is hell on earth. You’ll need an antidepressant just to walk in the door. Broken beds. Patients laying in their own filth. I feel like I’m in a nightmare. Cracked skull from most recent fall pictured along with the broken bed. 0 stars! Negative on all accounts.Tuesday 22nd March 2022

Kathryn Rog1 StarThey make it REALLY difficult to come and help care for your family members. My grandmother is becoming MORE depressed by the day! Need to make 24 hours in advance to visit, and last reservation taken is for 4pm. No children allowed. So in order to visit I need to take a day off work AND get a babysitter... just to visit and say hello! Find a better facitily for your loved ones... one that cares!!!Monday 16th August 2021
