I was there foe a ankle fracture omg I hated them always talking n tagalo unprofessional and the social worker Mayra Rocha all she she did was tell me he sob story about how her boyfriend from prison wanted to sleep with her 14 yrs duh look at her shebis disgusting onto of that she rented purposes a hotel with the biggest best so the wheelchair will not fit nor the walker I'm Def Taking this to a lawer out of surgery I can't walk I need a handicap room she did not ask for one Because I call front desk.ill never come her these people she unprofessional I still don't a wheelchair since March. 30 now is 5th.ill see u court.

Completely unprofessional staff. Social worker Jo Ellen Clark is a joke. She is the most unprofessional one here and seems to let her personal feelings get involved with a lot of situations. She quite literally got into my face and spoke to me SO disrespectfully. And from reading the rest of these reviews it’s clear to me that this kind of behavior is a pattern of hers. Charge nurses here come to a close second, they’re super unprofessional aswell. We were so lucky to have very few nurses who actually treated our loved one with respect and decency. The physical therapy staff have been absolutely amazing people aswell. Unfortunately I still would not recommend this place to ANYONE! If you care about your family members you NEVERRR want to bring them here! Stay away from Sam Kara’s! These nurses made my loved one feel miserable, like they’re not even a person. There is a huge lack of respect for patients and their visitors, and also a huge lack of empathy. It is quite sad to see such careless and horrible people work in a field where it is literally their job to care for others.Again, I highly DO NOT recommend this place. Disgusting behavior from a majority of the staff. I truly cannot believe the kind of experience we have had here.

if i can give 0 i would. completely neglect patients and are rude and short. Joe Ellen is the most pathetic social worker i have ever met, she shouldn’t have a job and doesn’t know one thing close to human kindness. It is a disgusting facility and treat a patient like a animal and not a human. Do not recommend shut this place down.

Absolutely horrible, never take a family member there EVER. So UNPROFESSIONAL, they arent doing theyre jobs & treating there patients bad. they’re behavior is DISGUSTING. They’ll neglect ur loved one dont even make this place an option!!!!! they’ll suffer!.
