I was VERY concerned about my sister and her care. Our Case Manager Zy is THE BEST. She has been very integral in facilitating my sisters care as well as working with our vendors to ensure that her infusions continue in a timely manner as well as coordinating with our home nurse for care once my sister leaves. It is imperative that you have an advocate to assist in the areas where balls have the potential to drop. Zy is that advocate for us. If you ever have to utilize a facility please ask for Zy. She has and is making this unfortunate blip in my sisters health very manageable and has really lifted a load of stress off of my shoulders.

No toilet paper for my sister, and she's been sitting in pee since 2:00P.m. Her nurse gave me her Oxy to give to her which your not aloud to! Me and my mom changed her bed and diaper! Fixed her leg brace and got her ice. We've been up here since 7:00P.M. waiting on her to get the rest meds

I would give zero stars if I could. My nana was left with urinary sepsis and severe dehydration. Debbie is the only woman that controls her finances and now that my nana has died at the hands of their caregivers, Debbie doesn't even have the decency to contact me regarding my nanas belongings or her end of life expenses. Do not bring your family here. Please.
