I would give this place 0 Stars if it was available. This facility is terrible. Services are awful as well as the meals served.

What a HORRID place. Wish I could give 0 stars. I believe this place is the SOLE reason my grandfather started declining in health. They should be out of business. DONT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!! If you love your family member, send them somewhere else!!

Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is absolutely the BEST!!! Our family appreciates all the staff does to take care of our parents!! I can’t name everyone but specifically Ms Hermine - she treats mom and dad like her own parents . She even calls them “momma and pop”and us girls her “sisters”. Also we will never forget and will be forever grateful to Kelso for her quick thinking which we believe saved our dad’s life on more than one occasion. We hear so many horror stories of other LTCs but we don’t have to worry or fear because we know the awesome folks at SRCRH love them and care for them. Thank you!!! Santa Rosa Community has a lot to be proud of with the fine people at SRCHH.

I admitted my mom there 3 times and every time the staff was great. This last time she wanted to stay. She has a wonderful set of nurses that cares for her and she calls them her little girls. I love that they make it a family like environment. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I spoke with my mother today about my Uncle who recently moved into SRH&RC. She was so upset because she went to visit my Uncle a couple days back and when she arrived he was lying on the floor, as he fell out of bed and there were NO SIDE RAILS UP! My uncle cannot get out of bed, walk or barely move without assistance. On top of that, he has dementia. We have no idea how long he had been on the floor laying there. When my mom seen him, she screamed out for someone to help as she wasn't sure if he was alive or if he had passed there alone on the floor. This is NOT acceptable and could have been PREVENTED. You always put side rails up on patients who are immobile and prone to falling. I mean that is part of the most basic principles in taking care of elderly patients. My mom also told me there was no water to be found in his room. He is unable to poor water himself and has to drink from a cup with a straw. There was literally no cup, no water anywhere to be found. The aide was going to get a pitcher and explained that he needs assistance because he cannot poor water himself. I gave my mother the information on who to reach out and report this to because someone needs to be made aware. After reading some of the comments below, it truly saddens me the care human being receive in their later days. I think it's when the most care should be given. If you have family here - watch over them carefully especially if they invalid or have dementia.
