I’m a new patient as of 1 day I called the number that was listed for the treatment center and I was told that they closed at 10:45 I made it there at 10:30 36 the lady at the door told me that there was nothing she could do so I have to go all day sick or go look for drugs just pop so I don’t get sick!! They need to update their hours with the support center and the support center should have called them to verify because I even told the lady that they must have switched their hours!! I should have went back to Health Quest their hours are so much better and the staff is pleasant unlike Savannah Treatment Center!! Vj k ery discouraging and really make me want to genii no no no no no no hi no no

Healthiest is considerably better. I could fill this page with stories of people standing in line talking about the 6000 dollars this placed owed them charging them and there insurance company. Their drugs screens process is a mess I would he told to leave mine unattended on a back office desk on a napkin. Take home meds taking a month to go into effect once you've completed required phases .... I've had other patients personal info released to be by mistake which could happen to you .. even the staff turnover is horrible their was once everyone from the counselors to the nurses to the doctor all quit withing a two month period to due internal issues ...... If your the kind of person that wants to cheat on drug screens have at it there's no safeguards whatsoever to prevent it but if your truly looking for help and would actually want the free once a month counseling go somewhere else like Health Quest.

I've been a patient for going on 5 year and I've always been treated with professionalism, caring, understanding and above all respect. Your not treated like a criminal or addict but as a person. That means so much cause we as addicts want to be able to show our friends and family we are doing our best.

I’ve been going here a little over a year now and I absolutely love it here. I love my counselor and all the other counselors there. Even if they’re not your counselor they’ll help you out with whatever you need.

Nice people but they need to update their hours on when they're *actually"* open (or at least put dosing hours on the door or something). I came here to guest dose and was encouraged to pay for the both days the first day, only to come in the second day at 12pm and told even though the hours online and on the floor say till 1pm, they only dose till 11am. No refund for my dose either, "we told you this ma'am". There's no way anyone told me that, that I chose this particular clinic bc of it's late dosing hours and if I had known that, I never would've chosen this clinic to begin with. Also, any "junkie"will tell you, dosing is very important to us and that's information we would never just forget I got to go into beginning stages withdrawal and pay for it! Thanks guys!
