jennifer marie1 StarIf you care about getting into recovery fast, stay far away from these ignorant people!! I've been to many suboxone doctors in the past NONE have such rude people working for them. And the wait time for just an INTAKE appt that u dont even get prescribed at you have to wait for the next appt is not lifesaving. That is just ridiculous.Monday 7th March 2022
Jay Duarte murdock1 StarIf you want to wait weeks just to get an intake appt for something that is as urgent as this and getting hung up on literally 5 seconds after saying let me check if i can make that date this is ur place. Rudest receptionist ive ever encountered!Thursday 3rd March 2022
Sarah Enquist2 StarThe front desk was helpful and genuinely interested in the well being of their patients in the months prior to this date, however after calling just before an appointment pleading that there was no way there and asking to do doxy which they stopped apparently unless emergency, they said the best they can do for a patient on a 3 x daily 8mg Suboxone treatment regimen today Thursday, stating that my bf was going to be late and he would try to get in they said they scheduled him for a 5 day period instead of working with him to get in and now he will be sick all these days from inability to compensate the situations that occur in life. They never did this before and now they are saying they are understaffed for providers and causing us to have to search around for a new provider. They suggested a 3x daily Suboxone patient to use COMFORT med for 5 days and said they would have called back but this isn't the first time this has happened and they are getting more and more impatient with their patients. All newly sober patients are going to have extra trouble with life and they should understand and all other providers would send a bridge script. They said negative things about clean slate when we first started with savida however they are now the ones with the negative patient co-op relationship's. That is not fair and medical neglegence if ever. These patients need all the help they can get. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.Thursday 28th October 2021
