Paula Mckee1 StarMuch to say.Employees are overworked and underpaid. Residents do not have the opportunity to shower regularly. I have had 3 showers in 1 year. This is despite my requests. 1 on 1 room visits that Activity dept. Posts are basically dropping off a seaford paper, leaving it on your tray. Residents are giving little to no opportunity to enjoy the outside. The staff comes up with every excuse possible as to why residents are not allowed to go outside. The facility is a warehouse for the elderly and the disabled. The facility accepts residents that they are not equipped or educated enough to provide appropriate treatment for. Don't be fooled. This is NOT a rehabilitation Center. Again, Seaford Genesis is a warehouse for residents to lay in bed 24/7 as they grow weaker and eventually lose hope and die.Saturday 5th February 2022

Sam Hassan5 StarThis facility has some if the most caring nurses. Some go above and beyond for the residents. One such young nurse is Sydney. My family members simply love her to death! She's extremely sweet and personable. We feel safe knowing she is there for us.Sunday 13th December 2020

In these trying times, they are trying their best to keep these residents going! Kudos to them as well as the nursing staff and all the hard work and dedication you all do! You all are the backbone to these facilities and if it were not for you all, they would have no facility to run!Wednesday 9th December 2020
