Bear River Mental Health provides comprehensive, professional, mental health services to individuals in Box Elder, Cache and Rich Counties. For more than four decades, we have helped people live more functional and meaningful lives through compassionate and effective mental health treatments—regardless of their age, disability or ability to pay.

We offer therapy groups for patients of all ages, along with a range of therapy courses—including emotional regulation education for yourself or a child, fitness classes, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy for adults, high school and middle school students.

Our mental health facilities are located throughout the area, and include a residential treatment center where patients have access to supervised living, ongoing treatment by a therapist, medication stabilization by an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and 24/7 crisis service.
