Onion Creek nursing and rehab are taking all precautions and it shows in that they haven't had any residents come down with Covid. They go far and beyond in making my mom feel accommodated in these troubling times. Thank you to all the nurses, nurses aids, cafeteria works, and all the employees up front! They are always friendly and take a genuine interest in their residents, treating each one with dignity and respect. And they don’t forget to make it a fun place to be either! Anita Almaguer1 StarThe lack of communication is disgusting!!! Kimberly the caseworker needs to be retrained on how to set up a plan of care for a patient..And please act like you care.
My husabnd was discharged home on 10.21.20 and just left at the bottom of tbe stairs in a wheelchair.After I had asked her 3x up to the day he was being discharge that we needed special accommodations since he can't walk.Her response was its too expense and the mileage is extra money😡😡😡The administrator and director of nursing have failed to ever call me!!! please if anyone has an attorney that can help me please leave a comment.Tuesday 27th October 2020
