Robin is amazing he’s logical, fair and gives you tangible exercises and really explains a lot. He’s a real down to earth person who doesn’t talk all this fluff, he just gets straight down to it and you get to work. He gives you ideas and examples that you can understand my husband and I had tried various counselors that never helped we ended up leaving trying to grasp these strange techniques that are so hard to understand you can’t really implement them into your life unless you have a maybe a chart in hand, we ended up fighting over the steps! Our marriage changed so much and we understood more about each other about anger and forgiveness. He’s just an all around great person and has a gift.

Would give zero stars if I could. Because of a therapist being irresponsible with giving me a statement or some kind of insurance eligibility bill I don't fully understand, I'm now having to pay $60 out of pocket because the lady in the office can't back bill after 6 months. She just kept telling me that the therapist (robin) should have told me. I never met with Robin, only someone working under him named Rachel who I was told "has been gone since October". Don't bother trying to get counseling if you have partnership or medi-cal it's too risky unless you can afford to pay out of pocket for it. In which case I would chose to pay someone else!

I sought treatment here a couple of years ago, for the purpose of working though childhood abuse I endured. As well as the extreme flashbacks, panic attacks, and constant dissociation I was experiencing. Rachel Reed was my counselor there, she was not a "good fit" for me. She was uncompassionate and cold; but I think the real problem was that she was not equipped to handle clients that had been though severe trauma, such as myself.
