My parents are both in Shenandoah. They have been under great care. Every one of my questions was answered in a timely fashion and each of my concerns was addressed. The staff is friendly and encouraging to patients, and the administration interacts and takes good care of the patients. I highly recommend the center for rehabilitation care. - Sandra

I have been a resident here for three years, in those three years I have met staff members that are like family to me. They look out for me and care for me. The social worker Keli helped find me an apartment to move into. She got funding from the Olmstead program that helped with my rent and with my furniture. All of the staff have been kind and caring. Clarissa and Bonnie became very good friends and family to me. Therapy is top notch and has been working with me so my transition into my apartment will be a smooth one. Joe from maintenance has assisted in getting my furniture into my apartment and setting it up for me. Rose and her team of nurses have always went above and beyond for me. Although I have my own apartment, Shenandoah will always be a home to me.

Best social worker in the industry! Keli is a gem who was so knowledgeable and compassionate during a challenging time for my family. My mom has stage 4 breast cancer and I'm able to breathe a little easier knowing they have her best interests in mind. She took the time to listen to both my mother and I, and create a plan to work towards. So very pleased!

I really enjoyed my time at Shenandoah. The staff was fantastic and they were wonderful about being there when I needed something. The aids are some of the best. I have been in several nursing homes and the ones here are the best. The med nurses know what they are doing and are patient. They mix mess with pudding and apple sauce to help the patients. The place is very clean. It does not smell like most do. Just a good place. Looking out the window it’s nice. The management was great and the social service department do whatever they need to make the stay special. I would stay here long term.

I appreciate you Keli Schenck for putting my mind at ease. It's not easy leaving a loved one in a nursing home. But she helped me to understand the care that my grandmother needed. And how it would make my grandmother comfortable. So thank you for that!
