Called to cancel an apt for a mandatory 28 day shot the day before. No one had any remorse for this even when the patient mentioned how bad off they felt. Kept the apt but 100% declined to offer the shot on the mandatory 28 day mark. Asked to reschedule over a week out! Day of, within minutes before apt called to cancel it. This place is absolutely unprofessional, unorganized and zero patient care empathy. This place is a joke. Please do not waste your time looking for help at this business. Go somewhere else!!!

Overall I find Shoreline to be very helpful in someways classes and especially the women’s house which I stayed at that Could use a little work. The outdoor jungle gym type thing is amazing and I think that is the best and building confidence and getting back out there in the world not being afraid.there however once you’ve graduated and you were trying to move forward to get your drivers license or any other type of certificate things get a little bit messy I’ve been trying for weeks to get a hold of people that will help me move this process along so I can get my drivers license and they seem preoccupied overworked I’m not sure. But the whole point of the program is to move forward and live in a life of recovery and to do that getting your drivers license is definitely part of it I would just appreciate them putting more effort into getting clients out and into the world with what they need rather than keeping them there and classes over and over.

The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful! I haven't had a problem that they haven't tried to help with yet. All the counselors are great, but Lee and Darren are exceptional! They genuinely care about their clients and want to help! I would recommend anyone struggling with addiction to seek help at Shoreline!

Such a wonderful helpful group of ladies. Assessment was very easy and now I'm headed in a good direction with my life. Im excited but scared to finally turn things around. I would recommend if you want help with an addiction to connect with Shoreline Staff.
