Our father has been in Signature 3 times in 2021. Although it is not the most modern looking facility from the outside, the inside is very clean, efficient and organized. The staff is excellent -- very customer focused and responsive to the needs of the patients and their families. The nursing care is outstanding -- every nurse is very attentive to detail, kind, caring and very helpful to the families. The therapies -- physical, occupational, speech and respiratory are outstanding as well. Every therapist is very engaged with the treatment and progression of the patient --- and they are very communicative to the families. The doctors an PA's are excellent as well. It is truly a very welcoming "family" atmosphere from the receptionists to the CEO. It is obvious that the leadership at Signature is very engaged in the operations, customer focused and "leads by example". It is a very impressive organization.

As the director of this beautiful home for 5 years. I have the most amazing team to work with every day. For the past 1 1/2 years we have endured this terrible virus COVID. Our staff put their lives on the line everyday and they do it without hesitation. So proud to be a part of this amazing team!
