My mother was in this facility for less than a week before I signed her out. Roaches!! They have Roaches in the residents rooms. Food was disgusting. Even the staff recommended having food delivered!! Nobody knows anything. The nurses spend more time behind the counter than they do tending to residents. The night staff is terrible. They are so loud the residents can't sleep. They have an elderly resident with a diminished mental state and he yells out a few times during the night, the night staff yells at him to shut up from down the hall!! The night staff is completely unsupervised. I really don't know how this facility is rated 5 stars with Medicare but it surely is barely a 1.

I visited this facility about two 2 1/2 weeks ago for an interview when I walked in the building the staff was pleasant the facility was clean no smell of urine or any other bad odor. My interview went well with the administor and one of the manager they we well knowledgeable about the facility and how things work and what the job I was interviewing for.

I have a family member that’s here to be cared for after they have had surgery. When they’re utilizing the call button to go to the restroom, no one is coming to assist. They’re just bringing breakfast,lunch, dinner, and meds. My family member could have went home to be cared for by me and a home health nurse visit. Then, the place is infested with roaches. I will be reporting these concerns to AHCA.

I stayed there for almost 2yrs and the nurses and staff were excellent, exspecially being understaffed because of the covid scare. I made alot of friends there and i miss this place.

If I could give 0stars I would. The only up side was the physical therapist. They were the only ones to care about the patient
