I am NOT happy. I have been trying to talk to my mother sun e she was transferred there 4 days ago! Day one I was told there is no phone service for the part of the floor she is on. Day 2, all staff was busy delivering patients their dinner. Day 3, was told they don't know what happened to the 2 cell phones they have for the patients to use . That someone might have thrown them away. When I questioned that I was told " Well, we are dealing with old people here." Then again that the cordless phones don't reach that far and that my mother refused to come to the nurses station. They didn't even go ask her. I'm so angry . I live in Florida and can't go visit her. Why aren't there phones in the rooms?

The most horrible place I've ever worked. Unsafe and lazy workers with so much drama. The place is so dirty and old. I feel bad for the residents who are in there without proper care. You can't talk to the DON or any administration, they do not care about their employee. If you care for your loved ones do not put them in there.

A co-worker of mine spent some time here and I have nothing but great things to say about it. Loved the hospitality and hard work from the employees and is very reassuring to know the ones you care about are being taken care of in the greatest way possible. Highly recommend.

Awful place to work. They miss treat your families and they will have mostly one cna taking care of 32-50 people by them selfs. Btw they pay you like 11-13 dollars for like 7 years of experience such a bad place
