Carley Wright1 StarI work for another treatment center. I called to try to refer a patient, but I needed the address to send them to. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and yelled at me and accused me of trying to send a bill. When she demanded I give her the patient’s information, I said I couldn’t due to HIPAA but would like the address I could send someone to, she again accused me of trying to send a bill and proceeded to hang up on me. I will never refer someone to this place. Ridiculous.Friday 12th November 2021
