My husband went to this facility from September 2018 to February 2021 He had no problems and was greatly taken care of and was on a great path and was treated fairly and greatly, they even helped him by giving him grants to pay for his medicine. As of last week, however, they suddenly decided to drop him from their program with no warning for "missing" his first doctor's appointment that was scheduled on a day he was told they would be closed due to the bad snow weather and the doctor was not in along with no talk of it being rescheduled. He has never done anything wrong and for them to suddenly dismiss him for only missing an appointment they made clear was cancelled is simply unprofessional. He has since relocated to the clinic in Denison where the staff is much more professional and understanding and has had MANY people enter their facility that also came from this location for the same unfair reason as my husband. They used to be fair and professional but recently had started treated every client coming to them as a criminal, which DOES NOT HELP ADDICTION AT ALL. Hope this helps anyone needing a recent POV!!

I've been coming here for almost a year and it was the best decision I have ever made. Every counselor here is amazing and they truly care about their clients. They have gone above and beyond to help me in so many different aspects of my life.
