my daughter was taken to this hospital recently. She went on her own will to the hospital. After getting there and the person that was with her called me to tell me my daughter is in the hospital we drive from Al to that hospital to see her. When we arrive we are met with attitude at the front desk by one of the workers when we asked to find out where she was located so we could see her. Then if that wasn’t enough lied to about her being there and it was a Outright lie . They men in blacked my daughter from us when I asked to speak to the administrator because I knew she was there. The big security hardy walks out I. The parking lot where I am smoking a cigarette waiting on the administrator to call back. The security guard walks toward me full of attitude as well are we going to having problems out of you? Mind you this is after I lm already in the parking lot. I’m usually mellow guy but I felt threatened by the situation . I am x special forces and this did not sit well with me at all. After this takes place they finally come out talk to me and tell me ok yes she here. Not until I almost have to fight someone to get the whereabouts of my kid!! After this the next day we are entourage to see my daughter again the next morning . The hospital fail to communicate to me or her mother that she had been transferred to another facility. They had both of our phone numbers and didn’t bother telling anybody anything. So when we show up our kid is no longer there and has been moved to hospital an hr away. I’m very disappointed in this facility at professionalism and care. This hospital was about 10 minutes away from me filling a missing persons report and suing this establishment. I’m not sure I still won’t do so.
