I wasn't there very long. I went to visit my friend that's there for rehab from her hospital stay but it did seem like a very nice, pleasant place to visit. I've been to other places like this and it smelled of urine but not this place. Very clean!! I decor is very nice and warming also. Not a bad place to visit.

The Physical Therapy Department did an outstanding job while I was at Southgate. I would recommend anyone who needs Physical Therapy to go to Southgate. I found the Nursing care to be excellent and the staff to be friendly and caring. If necessary I would return to Southgate for my rehabilitative needs.
