I’ve definitely had better services then here. The program is thought out very well-but in reality it doesn’t work. It could be - they are just either under staffed and overworked or both. If you just need regular therapy sessions and no crisis management you will do great. The psychiatrist here are unbelievably awesome. Unfortunately, if you have issues with a medication crisis you are pretty much on your own until an “appointment “ becomes available. They work really hard to get your medication handled on a regular basis. The therapist I’m not impressed with so much. It’s not that they aren’t nice. In my opinion they either too new or are not well prepared/trained. Or maybe I just have not found the right person. So there you have it. My opinion.

I am so blessed with southwest. All the staff are always there to help us. If we have a question they are ready to help. The center is a place of peace.

I think they are very kind and supportive. I've never had an issue with any of them. Being that I have disabilities and don't function too well in society, that's saying alot. In fact, thank you Southwest Payson. 😊
