One of the best clinics I have had the pleasure of being a part of! Even though there is a high turnover rate for clinicians that is not something that only Spectrum deals with. It seems to be a problem with counseling positions in the addictions field. Other than that it has been a positive experience for me and my recovery. If not for the help of the staff and the clinic I don't think I would be 9 years clean. If you're struggling with an opiate addiction and have not tried a methadone clinic you have nothing to lose. People always want to put methadone down like its the worst thing in the world after heroin, but its just not true, especially for people who used and abused opiates for many years and have tried everything else. It saved my life maybe it can do the same for you. They have walk in intakes on a weekly basis...the way things are going for opiate addicts right now out there people are flocking to the clinic left and right the last few years because of this epidemic. Get help before its too lat!

I am extremely dissatisfied with spectrum! First they gave me an outdated box that ,and I quote from the tech they sent "we don't even use these anymore, the tech who came before me probably just had one left in his van", real nice, my cable and internet was all screwed up through Christmas for my family. My husband tried calling them about something and it was like pulling teeth trying to speak to the representatives, they're awful. There's a reason why they were on the news as one of "the worst cable and internet companies". I support that statement 100%!
