This clinic, from my experience, has changed a lot since I started but one thing that has never changed in nearly 18 months that I've been a patient there is the kindness and understanding of the staff. They're goal is to help, though... so if you're not serious about your recovery, look elsewhere. They will give their patients every opportunity, hoping to reach them, but if you dont help yourself, they will open up your spot to someone that will..

I’ve been to several offices and have to say that this one is the best. Without a doubt the best people here. Brandy and Lisa will bend over backwards to do what they can for me and it’s really appreciated. I left Louisville last year to come here and very glad I did! Thanks to everyone at spero health ( Columbia) for not treating me like a piece of garbage because that’s exactly what all the other locations did..

All of the staff here are very nice. They treat you with respect and don't just treat you like another addict just to get meds. This is the only place that helped me to get clean and sober. I am now clean for over 4 years!!! I never knew it was possible until I found this place. Absolutely awesome with medication and counseling services to help you get started and stay clean.
