James Gallagher5 StarI have recently had a stay at the Spring Grove Rehabilitation for several weeks. I found the services to be excellent and staff on the west wing are very attentive. I had a small incident and staff response very quickly and offered very professional assistance. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.Monday 21st March 2022
GINA SIGONA1 StarIf I could give this place a zero I would. Patients are left in diapers all day,there is no staff to take them , there's no one walking in hallways due to lack of staff they are left in bed all day. Nobody ever calls back,lack of communication between staff members. My mom was given a x-ray that was not meant for her. Don't be fooled by the ratings and stars. They probably write their own reviews. Go to Medicare web site if you want true ratings. People should not be treated like that #savetheoldpeopleWednesday 16th March 2022

Irene Fadeev5 StarI have only good things to say about this rehab! We used it after a hip replacement surgery. The staff is great, from admission to the nurses and physical therapists. Everybody is very professional, patient/calm, and helpful. Kathy (social worker) is a great advocate for patients! The interior has been recently updated and feels like a modern hotel. Lynn Pinto5 StarWe moved my dad to Spring Grove from another facility because of the lack of care he had been getting. Wow! What a difference!
We are so grateful to the warm and accommodating staff at Spring Grove. Everyone here is immensely kind and compassionate. My dad’s therapists are wonderful and caring and are really helping him get stronger each day.
The facility itself is so beautiful, surrounded by tall trees and flowers. We visit dad either on the lovely outdoor deck which has seating and umbrellas that residents and visitors can use. If it’s raining, there are modern and clean indoor visiting rooms where families can gather as well.
Lastly, my father is a real foodie, and he really appreciates the high quality of his meals.
