Teresa in the family section gave me a horrible 1st impression. She was not professional, gave attitude, ghetto fast talked me. And jump to conclusions and wouldn't let me speak. I don't think she was angry with me but she took it out on me. Left me on hold for 30 minutes straight and I didnt know what I was holding for. She just said hold on. Seemed like she was so angry, she couldn't carry a professional conversation. She prejudged and put words in my mouth. It was a weird 1st encounter with this program. But with all that being said I hope everything goes well for Teresa and her coworkers because they are doing Gods work. And I wish them nothing but the best N God Bless.

Worst couple months I have ever experienced! With that being said i completed this program in about 7 months. By the 3rd month I started to see the path they were trying to help me create. I am now going on 6 years clean and to this day apply things in my life I learned from that program. I stayed clean after my mother’s passing. I have a 3 year old baby boy. I am engaged to a wonderful guy. I finally have the life I always wanted. With the work from the staff here and my own personal lessons I have learned to become the person I knew I could be. Thank you to everyone their all of you played a major role. 😄

Spring House has given me a life beyond my greatest hope. I’m forever grateful for the wonderful staff that helped me become a woman of honor and dignity. For the individual who wrote such a horrible review. You may need to work your program.The program of recovery teaches us to take responsibility for our actions and to treat others with love and tolerance. Ms. Crocco is dedicated to the house and it’s many residents. Her heart is fully in it. She has spend late nights and weekends trying to assist the women and instilling upon them hope that they can rise above their painful situations and get sober. She has helped many women prosper in their sobriety. I know this for a fact. Another fact is Spring House is a County Facility operating with grants. Therefore, non profit.
