My dad was in this facility for three weeks. During that time, he received excellent care from all staff. Doctors were very attentive to his pain and worked with him to manage it. The social worker kept the family informed and guided and coordinated treatment after discharge. The physical therapist ensured a proper evaluation was done, clearly identified attainable goals, and arraigned for items needed at home, such as wheelchair, walker, potty, etc. Even my dad remarked at the excellent care he has received (which he rarely extends). We cannot thank the entire staff enough for the care and support provided.

I’ve been to a few rehabilitation facilities in the past few years for knee replacement surgery therapy. This place has been the worse I’ve been in. Never again.

I decided to send my mother to this (villa maria) center for post operation rehab, this was by far one of the worse decisions I made, the first day everything was pleasant, service was excellent, food was great it was overall great, by the next day things had taken a turn for the worse, the nursing staff was not nice, very impatient and didn’t seem to care for the patients my mother who could not sit straight because of hip surgery spent 3 hours sitting in a wheel chair wet crying for help because no one wanted to help her get back in bed, only time they show compassion and actually check on your loved ones is when a family member is there, the food became worse and worse one positive thing I can say that there were a few CNA’s there who cared about their jobs and cleaned the patients and their rooms, a few on my mothers belonging s vanished when she went down to therapy smh the overall experience was horrible and I wouldn’t send my pet here for therapy, if you want to punish your loved one sent them here but if you love them stay away from this place

They take great care of my grandmother who is currently here for a few weeks to try and get her back to a good enough weight. So far shes been eating again and much more alert than before. The staff are very nice and the place is well maintained.
