The staff at St Francis Home took excellent care of my father. The therapy team was top notch and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this Facility to anyone looking for short/long term care of a loved one.

The absolute worst place to go for rehab. Completely incompetent of doing their job, which is supposed to be taking care of the patient and their needs. If you don't care how your loved one is taken care of and their life means nothing to you I would suggest going to this place.

We had a rough year in/out of rehabs and this was the last stop. The staff was very communicative, always answering questions and explaining what was going on. As we learned the hard way, aesthetics of a building mean nothing, it’s the environment. This environment was home-like, the staff were gracious and patient, never came across a person with an attitude, no matter the situation, it was by far the best we have encountered.

I recently stayed stayed here some of the staff was very nice but management doesn’t do a thing they say they are going to.. I’ve been off work for months I sent a paper in to be filled out by the dr the social worker never returned it or my calls also asked for documentation for my employer they wouldn’t give it to me another thing they didn’t move me out of the Covid hall so I could walk around and get the rehabilitation I needed. You had to call the front desk to get a shower because people refused to give you showers. I am very thankful for the second shift cna’s especially jody for going above and beyond every time she came in making me comfortable and helping me in every way possible! Thanks Jody. But I hope I never have to go back to a place that has such bad management.
