This was my first time going to recovery. The facility is nice and they have nice rooms. The food is actually tolerable and the people that you meet in recovery are decent. I gave this a one star because of the aftermath… after all their marketing gimmicks and fake promises. They tell you you get a great amount of support from therapist, psychologists etc, but you’ll be very lucky if you even get to meet your team of caretakers during your stay. I met mine during my last day and it was a quick get to know you script for her records and that’s about it. They don’t care about you there. I had a emotional melt down in my room one day because I missed my family and all I got was a knock on my room door and a “are you going to come out for dinner”. Nobody else checked up on me that day!!! At a rehab!! (I was in there for the whole day). At the end of the day you’re a paycheck. When I was leaving they told me they would send me to an outpatient location (which they did) and that they would check up on me every 30 days to see my progress (what a lie that was), I didn’t even get one call! Talk about caring about my progress. Anyways, it’s an okay place but don’t expect anything different from any other rehab, you’re a dollar sign and that’s it.

I’m proud to be a part of this team and to work with fellow nurses and staff to help others finish a program and move forward with their lives. The location is great for detox and residential, in a beautiful part of Florida with a nice view of the large Lake, Lake Crescent, that is fed by the St John's River. The facility is very clean and has a hotel type feel to it. The staff feel like family and sit and talk with you when ever you need to just sit and talk. The clinical, medical, and operations teams are lead by experienced professionals in the addiction industry. Clients love the NeuroIntegration Therapy program (NIT) and many more therapies that are offered (there are a lot and their web site lists most of them) and the other state of the art therapies that the use. If you're looking for a place for yourself or loved one, call admissions today and talk to them. I fully endorse and support all the good this facility projects and the true, heartfelt staff that genuinely care.

SJRP took me in, opened my eyes to sober living. I'm still in the program but so far I love it! The staff at the crescent city location are awesome! Very caring staff. The intake was cool, the atmosphere was great, I gained a extended family. If your having issues and your ready to start your recovery SJRP is a good place to start! Thank you SJRP for helping me get on the right path to recovery!

Not very happy with this place... My husband wants treated as well as he should. He told them he had poison ivy from the trails(he's allergic)... They denied him any help and wouldn't admit that he got it from there... They put him on to many sleep meds.... He was sleep walking,wetting the bed,and loosing time. I went in to see him once and he looked like he was high as a kite... He was released in this condition and 2 weeks later he passed away! Leaving behind his 5 children and pregnant wife! Not happy with the results of his recovery... 🤷
