Poorly staffed. poor care and administration does nothing Staff on Personal care was very nice,not so much on dementia unit

Sent my mom there for rehab because she was weak from phenomia and heart issues. They messed with her heart medicine which caused her afib to act up ended up in emergency room twice from it. The second time she told the nurse her heart was fluttering the nurse told her to hold on and she had to take care of the other paients. That's when her blood pressure was in the 200s.There physical therapy was ok get up and get in chair. The doctors there were good they gave specific orders to the nurses aids and nurses were so over whelmed they had too many paients didnt have time to do what doctors orders. Then when doctor ordered test good luck on getting test results answers. Then on her way back from the hospital back there they put her in a different room call bell was hooked up but it wasnt plugged in to wrong out let. Luckly shes one of the patients thatd had a cell phone. But didnt make a diffrence because when she used the call bell its not like any would come. I had to multiple times step out of work and call the nurses station to say hey mom needs changed water food ect. For stuff to get done.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My mother was here for 10 days and ended up in the hospital with SEVERE dehydration and high calcium levels in her blood. She was so disoriented and had slurred speech they thought she had a stroke. This was DAYS after the family had been saying she was not right. But the staff just said "she seems fine". I echo statements made by others re: slow response by staff to needs of patients. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone.

Staff is wonderful, just not enough of them per patient ratio.. But I love them all.. They are compassionate and loving towards all their patients.. I'm here for rehab and not one of your seniors, so I can really see what's going on 24/7

My wife spent a couple weeks at this facility. She really liked the physical rehabilitation group she felt they were very good. The place seems like it has not been remodeled since the mid ‘70’s and was not clean. Additionally they are very slow to answer call bells most of the day. My wife once had to call me at home and have me call there to get them to respond. In all it was not a very good experience for us.
