During your assessment, your treatment needs are identified. Based on your needs, a recommendation for treatment is made. You and your counselor and/or physician will develop a specific, individualized plan that will help you meet your goals. You will be provided treatment services outlined in your person-centered plan until your goals are met. The typical treatment process starts with an individualized assessment with a licensed clinician at your local Behavioral Health Center. A psychiatric evaluation and/or counseling service will then be scheduled based on the needs, preferences and expectations identified in your assessment. SCLHSA’s Crisis Assist Link Line (CALL Line) provides immediate assistance afterhours to anyone at any age who is experiencing a personal, emotional or mental health crisis. The CALL Line service provides Crisis Counseling, Suicide Prevention, Support, and Information and referral for immediate assistance to prevent emergencies and decrease recidivism. The CALL Line Operates 4:30PM-8:00AM Monday thru Friday and 24 hours on weekends and holidays. The number is 1-877-500-9997.

Only place that will help within miles. The people I have personally dealt with Mr. Brown, Mrs. Bonnie, Dr. Goodenough, the nurse, and the office staff are all extremely pleasant to deal with. The reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is because there were a few instances where I was questioned about medication effects on my body. I was told "that's not how the medication works," and I know what I was told, but that is how it worked for me. And I was questioned a couple times about what I preferred over what the school preferred. The school has zero say in my mental health and stability.

Pros- The behavior counselor was very understanding and did not try to over talk me.She was such a blessing and would get a 5/5 Cons- The psychiatrist over the video chat was a different story for my first time seeing him. He should have known the important value of gaining the patient’s trust first. When I tried to open up on what was causing my situation, he made me feel like I was talking to a brick wall by telling me so bluntly he already know this information because it’s in my patients summary . When he would ask me a question, I would feel as if I didn’t want to say something wrong or he would tell me “ You’re not answering the question, you keep running around it”......Ummm Sir , I’m here for help , not to run around anything. Since I’m a person that doesn’t care for conflict, I kept my composure like a young lady should.
