Pros: Great nursing staff, particularly Carrie. Clean, safe, no trouble in the parking lots. It's not in a bad neighborhood. The counselors are nice and caring but not very effective. They are really good about making sure you get your methadone paid for, if you're eligible. Cons: Long lines sometimes, they need to hire more staff. Since there's usually only one nurse on staff, the people who have weeks worth of take outs easily take 10-20 minutes per person. They seriously hold the line up. Kinda hard to find a staff member sometimes when they tell you that you need a UA or to make an appointment. VERY limited hours, I've missed several doses cause of their crazy hours. Every other clinic has better hours than this place. No holiday takeouts, instead they're open like 2 hours on holidays. Strict with takeouts, you have to attend groups to get any. Staff seems really eager to close exactly on time, if you're a minute late they will shut the door in your face. Literally. Parking lot can get really busy cause half the lot is reserved for the business across the street. Said business freaks out if you park in their lot. Hot and kind of crowded inside. Not enough seating. Rating - 3/5, would be higher if their hours didn't suck.

I've been a patient at this clinic since Aug 4th 2015 so just over 6yrs and come from Walnut Grove which is 3hrs southwest and I've had zero issues getting there in time to dose. This clinic and Rob, Wendy, nurse Carrie, Meggan, and the rest of the staff saved my life. Thank you all from the bottom off my heart

This place saved my life. The counselors here really care about you and will do anything to help you get better but you gotta want it. I love going to the meetings hearing stories from others and the people here really care. I would recommend this place hand downs it’s the best.

This place is clean and safe. It doesn't have the troubles hanging around in the parking lot. If you follow the rules it's easy to maintain a good life.
