Brent Shaw5 StarI had an amazing experience here! The facility is very clean and comfortable. The food is top notch as well. The staff was so kind and understanding of my problems and gave me the tools that I need to help me be successful and set me up with aftercare as well. I know if I have any bumps in the road in the future they will be there to help me out. I would recommend this facility to my family or anyone having substance abuse issues. Brad Hughes5 StarSteps is amazing!! Facilities were great and very nice. Staff was amazing and made you feel at home. Group and therapy sessions were very comfortable and incite full. Lots of outside recreational therapy (gym, pickle ball, horses, hikes and walks. It is an all male client facility and I recommend anyone who is or knows someone struggling with addiction or mental health issues to check it out.Wednesday 23rd February 2022
Spencer Hutchinson5 StarSteps is by far the best place I have ever been. The staff was fantastic, very respectful and fun to be around. I came here primarily for the trauma work and it surpassed anything i have received at the VA. Top that off with recovery work, I feel I have a very well rounded plan to manage my trauma and remain sober. I will forever be grateful for STEPS.
Did I mention THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC AND AS IS THE COOK. Having delicious food sure aides in the work we put in to heal ourselves.Monday 7th February 2022
Justin Patterson5 StarThe staff here is second to none. Cheri Mills is an EPIC therapist. Gary is very thoughtful and a positive influence. All and all the staff is very effective and are looking out for your best interest. The activities are all great. As well as the guest speakers. The facilities are very clean and organized. The food is amazing. The in house chef, Scott. Out does himself every time. I can honestly say, "I love Steps Recovery Center and the entire Steps experience". I want to say to management... The only reason I couldn't give a full 5 stars was probably most likely due to starting in a weird time during a COVID outbreak and personal circumstances. However, the facility, staff, group therapy and activities were great. They did a great job helping clients learn about themselves and how to improve their personal situations.Monday 21st February 2022
