SASC is part of the IDPH Integrated Provider Network, with services funded by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

The Substance Abuse Services Center (SASC) has been awarded funding from the United Way of Dubuque Area Tri-States to support its High-Risk Youth Program in Dubuque County.  As a United Way Partner Agency, SASC will receive $21,250 funding for the 2020-2021 school year. 

SASC is proud to announce we are a state-licensed addictions agency and we continue to be CARF accredited.  In July of 2018 SASC earned another 3 year CARF accreditation!
