Alex Yeck-Petty1 StarThis is the kind of nonprofit community health center that focuses on creating patients dependent on their services rather than helping them achieve more. It’s a power struggle to get treatment from ever changing staff who each want to change your entire treatment plan when they take over for the last person who quit. They can’t keep consistent staff because of the mess the entire company is and only continue to survive because of their monopoly on affordable mental health treatment in many of the communities they serve. They are lucky they only serve people too poor to be able to sue them for their negligence. Go someplace that cares about treatment not ego.Thursday 24th February 2022
Katelyn Miller1 StarHorrible service. Called multiple time and no response. When they finally called back they tell me to sign papers and I would get a call back that same day. I filled out the papers and they failed to call back and it wasn’t till I called them back multiple days later that they call me back and tell me I need to sign more because they failed to send me everything. Then they failed to even send it and when I called back again they put me on hold until closing where they eventually sent me to the closed voice mail. Would not recommendSaturday 5th March 2022
