Tabitha House for Women
Through this 12-18 month residential program of Christian principles and the life-changing power of the Holy Spirit, we provide a safe haven in which women can live while they learn to rise beyond their circumstances and acquire the skills necessary for productive, independent living. They will also rebuild relationships with their children and families and gain job skills.
At Tabitha House, women live in a safe, loving, and home-like environment. Through counseling, Bible studies and devotions, educational opportunities, and job training, women are empowered to make permanent life changes. A court advocate is assigned to women on probation and to those who have children in foster care to assist them in being reunited with their children upon completion of the program.
Women eligible for admittance to Tabitha House must have a minimum of five to seven days clean time. All women must be willing to submit to random drug testing. Women must be willing to accept authority and commit to the goal of recovery, restoration, reinstatement, and re-entry into positive productive lives. Tabitha House does not limit its participants by race, color, or nationality, but all women must be open to change in every aspect of their lives according to Christian principles.

Dessy Giselle1 StarThis was definitely a great program when Miss Jeanette ran the group but once they let Brooke in charge she just started kicking people out left to right she doesn't give people chances and that's definitely not a good fit for a place like that. She loves drama and is a very sick she puts people out with nowhere to go. And I don't understand why they have someone like her in charge but her time is coming if she keeps up her behavior.Monday 24th January 2022
Dianne Marlow5 StarThank you Brooke for caring for my daughter Karen DeAvila, Birthday December 24, 1968. She was doing great when returned, but now we've got a few issues, with her eating properly. She'll be back to New soon very soon. Thanks Dianne MarlowThursday 23rd December 2021

Jessica Philips1 StarThis place is crazy needs a better director. Brooke didn’t know what she was doing when I was there. That woman is evil!Tuesday 15th June 2021
MULATTOGIRL871 StarI was immediately discharged from the program because I was diagnosed with copd. I was given 2hours to pack my things and find a place to go. The director Brooke said I needed to be out of the house before the girls got back from work. I had no place to go and was dropped off at a hospital so they could get me out of the house. The second I became useless to the director Brooke, I was firmly told I was a liability and needed to except that the discharge is happening and to continue calling places to find somewhere to go so I could be out of the house in the 2hour time frame she gave me. This woman was addicted to drama and has sociopathic tendencies. She lures you in by pretending like she cares about you. Once you get in the house, you will see the drama and chaos she enjoyably creates. I can’t say the same for the church. I honestly enjoyed every Sunday service and the pastor came off as humble and loving. Unfortunately the director Brooke left a horrible taste in my mouth and her cold and heartless demeanor towards me is the reason I refuse to ever go back to the church. It’s unfortunate they feel she’s in a position to be in charge of women who have been broken and rejected their entire lives. This place has such potential.Thursday 24th December 2020
