This place is terrible. The building is old, unorganized, and out of date. I was a student at Indiana State University and was working to spend time with older adults in nursing homes and record their experiences. The administration was so incompetent that they could not even manage to sign a consent form that I needed from them. They lost it and when I replaced it they failed to fax it back to me! When I asked them over and over to fax it back they became hostile and uncooperative with me. I was frustrated but I never yelled or was rude to these people. They simply didn't like someone asking them to do their job correctly. They then tried to contact my supervisor and write me up on academic probation for being unprofessional. They failed as they had no evidence to support their ridiculous claim and I, on the contrary had multiple witnesses saying I was patient and polite. The building is unorganized and not very clean. I went into one of the rooms and their patients did not look very clean, or happy. As a CNA I can spot a good nursing home and a crappy one with crappy staff. I wouldn't put my grandmother in this building in a hundred years. Don't waste your time on this dump. I recommend Harrison's crossing who I.had a great experience with.

People are coming here to live out the rest of their lives. So it's fair to say that the place should get a coat of paint, some live plants, some music, something! I walked into the place and a decent amount of the staff were friendly, but the building itself is in need of some desperate updates.

My Grandma was there and they took super care for her and you can't go wrong with this place , There is a Nurses Aid who works her tail off to make sure your loved one is taken care of her name is Liza and the other employees said she is worth her weight in gold
