The Camp Recovery - San Jose, IOP

The following facets of care are included in our San Jose IOP addiction & co-occurring disorder treatment, and can be included into a patient’s personalized treatment plan:

Confidential assessment: In order to fully address each one of our patient’s needs, a confidential assessment is conducted prior to a man or women starting care at our San Jose IOP. This assessment will help our staff determine the types of treatment that will benefit our patients the most so that they are able to have a truly effective experience at our center.

Individual therapy: Offered once every two weeks, individual therapy helps our San Jose, CA IOP patients discuss and process their experiences while working on recovery. Each patient is assigned a counselor when partaking in this program, and any concerns or new issues that should arise can be addressed in a private and safe setting.

Group therapy: Four days each week for three hours each day, patients are welcome to participate in group therapy sessions. These sessions are led by our counselors, and allow patients to discuss a variety of sobriety-related topics with others who also understand the struggles associated with overcoming substance use concerns.

12-Step support: At The Camp, we strive to help our patients navigate the 12-steps of recovery by including this treatment approach in our care. Our San Jose IOP features 12-step orientation and meetings so that men and women can benefit from working steps in order to achieve a life that is free of drugs and alcohol.
