Jason Witzigman1 StarI called and the lady Raven was extremely rude. Very poor personal skills. Even worse business practice. Don't bother calling them unless you want to be treated poorly and hung up on! Save your time and go elsewhere!! I feel bad for anyone who is in there care. Very sad 😔Monday 7th February 2022
meghan simmons1 StarI would give zero stars if I could. My grandma has been here for a couple weeks and they have treated her like garbage. My grandma can walk with assistance and they tell her to lay in bed and pee her diaper because they don’t have time. She begs for help and it takes staff over 30 min to help her. I am disappointed that a healthcare place can run like this. I am a nurse myself and I would never treat my patients like this. I would highly recommend if your family needs rehabilitation or long term care you chose somewhere else.Saturday 25th December 2021
Daddy Rob5 StarMy father was recently in a local hospital, then sent to an affiliated rehab center and then back to the same hospital. Everything from compassion, knowledgeable employees, food and general care were nearly nonexistent in both locations. If my mom wasn't there to request things when my father needed them, he didn't get them. When my father was discharged to The Club and accepted for Hospice Care, we were honestly expecting more of the same. Boy, were we wrong. From the nurses to the doctors, receptionists, office workers, food workers and even the guys who kept the rooms spotless, everyone was a joy to be around and looked like they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing and accomplished it as though they were on a mission. The communication between staff and family and staff and other staff members was fantastic. If I owned a rehab facility, I would want it to be run like this. All of the nurses were spectacular, but I need to send a very special Thank You to Saleh. My father built a special friendship with Saleh and treated him like he was his own father. I think that made what he was going through a lot easier. Thank you sir. You made my father’s last days easier on him and his family. You are great at what you do!! I recommend The Club and would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you all again.Friday 3rd December 2021
