Kat Ota5 StarI had to admit my Mom during this time of pandemic and was very anxious about the level of care she would receive, given the challenging times we are in.
The staff at The Elms have proven to be very professional and compassionate from the administrative team, to Nursing, Activities, Housekeeping/Maintenance and Food Services. Everyone has been very helpful and has always been available to answer any questions and/or concerns I may have.
I can see each member of the team interacting in a unique and caring, yet professional manner with my Mom and am very grateful for the exceptional care she receives.Tuesday 22nd March 2022

L M5 StarFor a small building it houses such big hearts. This team truly is amazing! Activities brings joy not only to the residents but the staff. They improve the quality of life for the residents and the work environment for the staff. Maddy the Unit Manager is a strong nurse with great energy and a true love for her residents. You couldn’t ask for anyone more caring and competent to oversee your loved ones care. Staff appreciation is very apparent and driven by a passionate Administrator.
Day in and day out this center strives to care for everyone that resides and works at The Elms and they excel!
